One lucky Smiffy’s customer was thrilled to win a luxury holiday after a last minute decision to purchase some royal themed party accessories.
Retired school teacher Marie Wright popped into Smiffy’s in Liverpool and bagged herself a holiday worth £2,000 along with £500 spending money, when her Golden Ticket was selected from more than 3,000 tickets by Juice FM in a Grand Draw.
The Golden Ticket competition, coordinated by City Central BID in partnership with Thomas Cook, was run in 20 city centre stores over Easter.
