Deluxe Womens IT Pennywise Costume

Give Pennywise from Stephen King’s ‘It’ a distinctly feminine twist in this officially licenced deluxe female Pennywise costume. Creepy clowns don’t get much creepier than Pennywise, and even this cute outfit will give everyone around you the heebie-jeebies! The outfit includes a top, skirt, collar, and a pair of boot tops. The silver-grey top has a zip fastener in the side, and the detached sleeves have frilled cuffs and an elasticated edge to hold them in place. The skirt has an elasticated waist and has a frilly petticoat hemline to match the sleeve cuffs and collar. The flouncy, frilled collar has a soft lining and fastens at the back with Velcro.  The black and grey boot tops have elasticated tops to hold them up, and an elastic strap to secure them under your shoes. Printed to give a laced-up effect, they each have a red pompom fastened onto the toes.
