High Street Store Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not give refunds unless an item is faulty.

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months) on good providing they are in a perfect, resaleable condition complete with all original packaging.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on wigs, hosiery and make-up.

Sale items are also exempt from exchanges or credit notes.
