Make up tutorial instructions
Use sponge to apply pink around the eye and cheek. Continue across the chest and neck, joining to the cheek.
Apply a small amount of pink around the opposite eye. Using white, add highlights to the neck and around the eyes, blending the white into the pink.
Apply eyelashes. Using a fine brush apply black under the eyes. Using black, add leopard spots to the chest area, working up to the eye.
Apply small leopard spots around the opposite eye. Colour in the leopard spots with the neon pink palette.
Highlight your lips with the same neon pink palette. For added detail apply a small amount of white to the edges of each leopard spot.
Apply glitter to the right side of the face and down neck. Attach bow.
