Moon Glow Neon UV 3D Fabric Paint by Moon Creations can be used to add designs to a range of fabrics that glow brightly under UV lighting and Blacklights! The premium quality 3D Paint formula results in a soft flexible surface that is fixed and waterproof once dried.

- Available in 8 neon colours
- 125ml
- Instructions: Pre-wash garment with no fabric softener. Squeeze bottle whilst holding tip to surface. Let dry for 24 hours. Can be washed after 72 hours (turn fabric inside out).
- Not suitable for children under 36 months. Packaging contains small parts - choking hazard. This is not a toy. Warning: Paint stains so protect clothing and surfaces.
