The Day of The Dead holiday originated in Mexico where customs were created from combined Aztec rituals with Catholicism. Today, while the holiday is celebrated across Latin America with colourful calaveras (skulls) and calacas (skeletons), slightly different customs and traditions are practiced in each country. One thing we can say for sure though, is that no Day Of The Dead costume will look the part without some headwear! Men typically wear some sort of sombrero or top hat while women opt for brightly coloured floral headpieces. So have a browse and pick your favourite to finish your look off in style.
